Her records are accurate and manage overviews of the financial operations of a business in order to help it run efficiently.

The Head Cashier is responsible for maintaining guest services and for the efficient expedition of all guest transactions as well as ensuring guest satisfaction at the cash stand and proper control of all cash and credit cards. Issue receipts and change due to customers. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.  Run sales report at the end of the auction.

Traditional Auctioneer:

An auction that is conducted in front of a live audience at a physical location where the items for sale are located. The auctioneer calling out bids and people competing to see who will win each item can be entertaining. It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of a traditional auction. It’s also a social event where buyers and sellers get to know each other, which can help people with common interests network.

The loadmaster will coordinate the work day of inbound and outbound vehicles to all locations of the job site. He will move items to and from storage areas load and unload trucks as needed. He will also guide staff members in performing their work correctly and efficiently. He operates a company vehicle and retrieves, transports, and disposes of unwanted items.

This includes; writing and editing content, updating the website, solving code problems, basic web design, animation, multimedia design, content management and editing for video and audio.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of functions for daily operations in the office. Answering phones, taking messages and/or answers all routine and non-routine questions. Responsible for accurately typing and creating clear general memo’s and correspondence as required.

Research Manager:

Researching items prior to the sale provides me with the knowledge and skills I need to determine a value to an item.  I then decide which venue to sell an item to reach the highest amount of money for that client.

The auction clerk listens to the amount of bids called by the auctioneer and then records amounts of final bids, lot and item number for merchandise at auction sales. Record what is sold, to whom and for what price.

She will get the winning bid sheet from the Clerk at the front of the stage and run them to the cashiers and then back to the front of the stage to retrieve more tickets. This process goes until the end of the last item is sold at the auction.
